(REACh) STATEMENT

INTABIOTECH SL, is aware about the responsibility regarding REACh legislation.

REACh means Regulation, Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals under Regulation EC 1907/2006 and controls the usage and import of chemicals and substances in the European Union.

Our company has pre-registered all substances listed in EINECS up to 100 tons per year. Expected registration deadline is May 31, 2018. Therefore, it is possible to register all these substances (phase in substances). A registration of non-phase-in substances is possible as well, but it is more complex.

INTABIOTECH SLU is a licensed commercial company of ND Pharma & Biotech.

ND Pharma is a Biopharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Alimentary and Global Chemical Company that Manufactures and distributes Chemical Products. We have our own internal Regulatory Services including those specialized in REACh Registration and Compliance.

From time to time third parties and partners demand us for Consulting services specialized on REACh with attention to charges and fee collection for the service of registration. Such registrations could be relative expensive to the extent that sometimes it makes no sense to register. RRS is installed to fill this gap and help other with this situation.

1.- Who could use our RRS/REACh Registration Service?

Suppliers from outside the EU who want to sell their products after 2018 in the range from more than one ton up to 100 tons per year and cannot or don’t want to register by themselves. Users that are not sure that the product they buy will be REACh registered from their supplier. Big importers, for whom the registration would be very expensive but the product is only a niche product.

2.- For which substances RRS/REACh Registration Service is available?

For all pre-registered substances in the Chemos portfolio up to 100 tons/year.

3.- Can RRS/REACh Registration Service be used for non-phase-in substances?
Generally, this is possible. The needed time for registration is much larger. Maximum volume is 100 tons/year, too.

4.- What are the costs associated to this Service?

RRS is up to 100 tons free of charge. If there are expensive tests which maybe mandatory for the registration we will decide together about it after the costs are known.

5.- When will RRS/REACh Registration Service start?

RRS is immediately available. Until end of 2016 only a registration up to 10 tons will be available. During 2017 registrations up to 100 tons will be available. In particular cases a direct REACh registration up to 100 tons can be done; this service is not available for non-phase-in substances.

6.- What is the benefit/profit of RRS/REACh Registration Service for Us from this Service?

RRS should be one more reason for potential new customers why they should buy their products from Our Company, its subsidiaries and partners. Additionally we would like to increase our service portfolio for our existing customers in order to strengthen our partnerships. As a service for serious customers and partners in special within the Industrial and Agrochemical Sectors.

7.- Whom should I contact if RRS/REACh Registration Service looks interesting to me?

Please send your requests as well a company presentation to intabiotech@europe.com Ref. RRS for consideration. The request needs to state the product name, the CAS number, the quantity you want to register (1-10 or 10-100 tons/year) and the quantities you are importing/using currently.
