Applications     

Mayonnaise and any other analogue dressings, (All-i-Oli (Alioli) Sauce, etc.) where egg and other allergenic elements should/want to be avoided.

Pea-starch, Sodium chloride, Antioxidant  E-330, Emulsifier E-415, Dextrose, Polyphosphates E-425/E-450, Preservative E-202, Natural Aromas and  Spices.

12 months on sealed package at room  temperature.

1Kg/Bag and 5 Kg/Bag for small business  use and 20-25 Kg/Bag for Industrial use.
